Description
The Federal Army by the 1860’s had become largely diversified and rank had become a way to show respective jobs by the branches of service. Enlisted troops wore large chevrons on both sleeves which indicated which branch or type of service they served. And a soldier could increase his rank with additional years served. Sold in pairs.
